The second City Session took place at O2 Academy Islington, on the subject of Police and PRS – Paying The Bill.

The packed event, organised in association with Academy Music Group, Doodson Entertainment and Music Tank, heard from two panels – one on the PRS For Music payments and the other on costs for policing festivals.
