Cabaret Voltaire, Mercury Rev, Sun Kil Moon and More for Incubate

NETHERLANDS: Incubate festival has announced the first 29 artists for its 11th edition, set to take place from September 14 – 20 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Among the announced acts are psychedelic pop giants Mercury Rev, iconoclastic singer-songwriter Mark Kozelek / Sun Kil Moon and the only performance of the legendary Cabaret Voltaire this year in the Benelux. Over 300 artists will perform at the festival across traditional music venues, pubs, theatres and churches in the centre of the city.

Additional confirmations include: Sun Araw, People’s Temple, Factory Floor, Burial Hex, The Warlocks, Andrew Hung, Ekman, King Dude, Xosar, Samuel Kerridge and many more.

Artistic director Vincent Koreman said: “For the coming years, Incubate is focussing more and more on presenting unique projects and special concerts. This way we can offer new experiences for artists and audiences alike, that you can’t find anywhere in the world. This keeps our festival unique, and we see that artists and partners are willing to build this with us. Some artists we’re announcing today have even rescheduled their holidays for the opportunity to play on Incubate on their own artistic terms.”
