CANADA: The competitive and logistical demands of the modern festival market have driven festivals to a whole new level of professionalisation when it comes to planning and managing events. In an effort to explore this trend, festival management software outfit Marcato have released a new video.

“There’s a lot of demand for unique experiences,” said Marcato CEO Darren Gallop. “Where people can go out and experience art, music, culture, food, sport, wine, or beer – all of which formulate an opportunity for an incredible event.”

“If you mess something up, it’s a whole year before you get the opportunity to redeem yourself.”

As the stakes have never been higher, Marcato is challenging festival producers to get the most out of their planning efforts by utilising Marcato’s festival management software.
