Gloworm Festival has announced  Care Bears as a sponsor for this year’s  event,  bringing their good  vibes with a range of fun activities and immersive experiences.

The Care Bears are a beloved franchise known for spreading messages of kindness, love, and  empathy. With their colourful personalities and iconic belly badge symbols, the Care Bears  have captured the hearts of generations worldwide.

Festival-goers can look forward to meeting Grumpy and Cheer Bear*, experience Good Vibes,  make Forever Friends, and much more! There will also be arts, crafts, music, a chance to leave messages on their Good Vibes wall and, a chill-out zone, available for those wanting a moment of calm during the festival. Richard Walpole, Festival Director at Gloworm Events, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Care  Bears onboard, perfectly complementing our nostalgic retro theme for this year. Care Bears  timeless appeal and message of love and friendship embody the essence of our festival,  creating a magical synergy that promises an unforgettable experience for attendees. Get  ready to bask in the glow of nostalgia at Gloworm 2024!”

Kristy Miall, Marketing Director, Care Bears UK, said: “We’re super excited to be at Gloworm festival this year! It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with Care Bear fans, both old and new,  and share in the enthusiasm and love for our beloved brand. Channelling Flower Power festivities  on Saturday and spreading Good Vibes on Sunday, we have an array of engaging activities planned  including rainbow decorating, colouring competitions, and our special “Share a Care” wall – giving  guests the opportunity to share uplifting messages to others. We are looking forward to a  weekend filled with joy and positivity!

Gloworm Festival is an event for families with children aged 0-14. Taking place at their new  home, Holme Pierrepont Country Park, Nottingham, Gloworm Festival invites grown-ups and  their little people to play and lose themselves in their imaginations while enjoying a whole  weekend of family fun and entertainment, in a warm and creative environment.

This year’s event takes place between the 16th- 18th August, with an incredible line-up already  announced, including performances from N-Trance, Andy Day, Noasis, Maddie Moate and  many more. Not only will there be live shows across two stages, but families will also be able  to meet and greet some of their favourite characters, like Bluey and Bingo, Bodger and  Badger, Mr Blobby, Elmer and Bing and Flop.
