    ESNS Exchange Reveals 2024’s ‘Most Booked’

    European Talent Exchange, previously ESNS Exchange, the renowned European music Exchange programme, is proud to reveal the final 2024 results. The programme was established in 2003 to overcome the significant challenges faced by the European pop music industry in international promotion and distribution. The hugely successful programme has created a strong network among stakeholders, facilitating, supporting, inspiring, and promoting the global circulation of creative European musical talent.

    2024 Results
    In 2024, the programme maintained its impressive momentum with 335 shows by 132 acts from 33 countries, performing at 95 festivals across 34 countries. The 2024 results demonstrate the programme’s broad appeal across Europe, with diverse representation in the top bookings list, including artists from England, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Slovenia. The English band Fat Dog leads the list as the most booked artist, securing 15 bookings. European Talent Exchange remains committed to expanding opportunities for European acts within Europe and on the global stage.

    Since 2003, European Talent Exchange has helped 2,292 European artists from 36 countries perform 5,675 shows at 197 partner festivals across 44 countries, highlighting the programme’s profound impact on the European music industry.

    1.Fat Dog (UK) – 15 bookings

    2.English Teacher (UK) – 9 bookings

    3.Lambrini girls (UK) – 8 bookings

    Yard (IE) – 8 bookings

    4.Chalk (IE) – 7 bookings

    Kingfishr (IE) – 7 bookings

    YĪN YĪN (NL) – 7 bookings

    5.Loverman (BE) – 6 bookings

    Nusantara Beat (NL) – 6 bookings

    Picture Parlour (UK) – 6 bookings

    The most booked acts by country are:

    The United Kingdom: Fat Dog – 15 bookings
    Ireland: Yard – 8 bookings
    The Netherlands: YĪN YĪN – 7 bookings
    Belgium: Loverman – 6 bookings
    France: UTO – 6 bookings
    Portugal: Ana Lua Caiano – 5 bookings
    Italy: Daniela Pes – 5 bookings
    Switzerland – LEILA – 5 bookings
    Slovenia – freekind. – 5 bookings

    The top five festivals with the most booked Exchange artists are:
    1. Reeperbahn Festival (Germany) – 28 bookings
    2. The Great Escape (UK) – 23 bookings
    3. Haldern Pop Festival (Germany) – 14 bookings
    4. Sziget (Hungary) – 11 bookings
    5. MENT Ljubljana (Slovenia) – 10 bookings
