UNTOLD UNIVERSE, a significant player in the entertainment market in Eastern Europe, has signed a binding agreement with Mozaik Investments, an investment company, through which the company will enter the shareholding of the UNTOLD group with a minority stake, providing growth capital for the development of UNTOLD projects both regionally and worldwide.
The aim of the partnership with Mozaik Investments is the international expansion of the entertainment group, founded in Romania, in 2015, with the goal of becoming a global brand. After the first edition, UNTOLD Festival won the Best Major Festival in Europe award, and over the years has ranked in the top 10 festivals in the world, voted by the fans and artists.
The UNTOLD UNIVERSE group expanded over the years in Romania with the Neversea Festival, the largest European beach music festival, Neversea Beach, Massif Festival, the first winter music festival in the Romanian mountains, and West Side Christmas Market in Bucharest – voted the most beautiful Christmas Market in Romania in 2022. In addition to the main business, the group also owns other companies that provide services in the world of entertainment: The Sponsorship Agency, Magic Maker Communication – Communication agency, and Magic Maker Media House – a TV production company.

Mozaik Investments is an investment company founded in 2019 that aims to invest in companies with high growth potential, providing capital and know-how in exchange for a minority stake. The company focuses specifically in Central and Eastern Europe, especially Romani, and the company has offices in Bucharest and Vienna.
Mozaik Investment sustains many businesses in Romania, such as food management company, Flavours/Stradale, or the coffee shop chain, 5togo. They also sustain the PAGO app, a fintech that helps people to manage their home bills, a huge success in the Romanian market.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Romanian Competition Council.
In 2023, Imagine Dragons and Armin van Buuren will play at the 8th edition of the Untold Universe, and over 150 artists will be announced.
