Norwich Drum and Bass Festival, Touchbase, scheduled for  April 27 at the Norfolk Showground has announced its postponement until 2025.

The festival launched in 2022, built a strong reputation and was headlined in 2023 by chart-topping duo Sigma.

In a statement, organisers cited difficulties in securing acts as the root cause of the postponement, saying “We have been waiting on some crucial acts to confirm TB24 for a while now with nothing set in stone still. Additionally, we have lost a couple of acts as a result of scheduling issues and we are not confident in running our festival this year.”

Their statement goes on to say “This process was hindered by…news of another local organisation who deliberately chose to rival, hurt and fracture Touchbase and its community by operating on the same date as the 2024 festival”

All tickets purchased have been offered a refund.
