Charli xcx is coming to London in 2025 and she is curating her own festival, party girl. A massive line-up, personally chosen by the brat star, will perform in Victoria Park on Saturday 14 June. Hand-selected artists Gesaffelstein, Jodie Harsh, Magdalena May and Yseult will be joining the star’s electric headline show in East London. They will join previously announced special guests, carefully chosen by Charli xcx: 070 Shake, A.G Cook, Kelly Lee Owens, The Dare and The Japanese House.

The two-weekend LIDO Festival, named after Victoria Park’s historic Lido Field, will feature curated musical line-ups alongside community-driven activities during the week, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. LIDO will showcase the most current headliners and work closely with them on line ups reflecting their musical influence.

Avant-pop and electronic superstar Charli xcx has become an iconic figure in the arts, having helped expand the landscape of popular music over the last decade by seamlessly traversing the underground and mainstream with her artistic output. Over the course of a trailblazing career, the multi-hyphenate creative has earned critical acclaim for her innovative style and entrepreneurial spirit and seen her forward-thinking approach reshape pop culture in the process.

She released her sixth studio album Brat in June, which stands as the most critically acclaimed album of the year and landed at Number 1 on the UK Official Album Chart in October. Brat has well and truly made its mark on the cultural zeitgeist this year; the audacious campaign has seen Charli cause roadblocks around the world with her pop-up ‘PARTY GIRL’ DJ sets, break the internet with viral videos and surprise collaborations with the likes of Billie Eilish, Lorde, Addison Rae, Robyn, Yung Lean, Julia Fox, Chloë Sevigny, and Rachel Sennott and introduce a new tone of green to the social lexicon.

This year saw Charli xcx sweep the BRIT Awards 2025 with five acclaimed awards, including big hitters, Album of the Year and Artist of the Year. The it-girl artist also took home three GRAMMY wins: Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance Pop Album. Now, the lauded artist will take the next step up with her biggest UK show to date at the inaugural LIDO Festival in 2025 – her first UK festival as headliner.

French DJ and producer Gesaffelstein broke onto the electronic scene in the 00s. His techno and industrial soundscape earmarks him as an industry tastemaker. The producer is known for his forward-thinking collaborations with major names, including Lil Nas X, Lady Gaga, The Weekend and more.

British DJ and drag icon Jodie Harsh is a fusion artist who blends self-expression with unforgettable tunes. A new-era rising star, Harsh is a renowned remixer and will bring her euphoric flare and house beats to this mega festival billing.

American alternative pop duo Magdalena Bay craft zingy synth pop right from the simulation, or so they say. Their glorious full-throttle sound reimagines the layers of pop, bringing grandiose grooves and earworm hooks that weave into your brain. Following the success of their brilliant studio album, Imaginal Disk, the pair have amassed over 4 million listeners on Spotify, which promises to bring the energy to Victoria Park.

In 2021, Yseult made waves as she was crowned winner of the Female Revelation of the Year category or the Victoires de la Musique (French Grammys). She remains a pivotal figure in making her name in the industry. Having first emerged through France’s Pop Idol series Nouvelle Star, she has since become a fast-rising act in the pop world. As The Guardian says, Yseult is “changing the face of pop in France.”

Charli xcx joins LIDO 2025 headliners Massive Attack (6 June), Jamie xx (7 June) and London Grammar (15 June), as well as Outbreak Fest (13 June).
