    Boogietown Adds Camping for 2023

    Boogietown returns to Apps Court Farm on 9th and 10th September 2023 for its biggest ever weekend of funk, soul and disco across four stages and new for 2023, camping options. This year’s epic headliners include a mix of pioneering DJs and live acts from across the ages such as Billy Ocean, Earth Wind & Fire, The Tramps, Fatback Band, Armand Van Helden, The Shapeshifters, Trevor Nelson, DJ Spoony, Jocelyn Brown, Jazzie B, Omar, Groove Armada, Artwork, Crazy P, Craig Charles, The Nextmen, Norman Jay MBE, Killa Kutz and more.

    Apps Court Farm is just 35 minutes from London amongst the bends of the Thames River, ancient woodland, undulating green hills and hidden lakes. On top of the music, there’s a wealth of activities to keep mind, body and soul enriched from relaxation and wellness areas to carefully curated food and drinks offerings, a funfair, fireworks, disco yoga and extraordinary VIP options.

    Music is on four different stages each with their own look and feel. The Main Stage on Saturday welcomes Billy Ocean, Earth Wind & Fire, The Tramps, Fatback Band, Loose Ends and more, with the Disco Disco Stage headlined by house hero Armand Van Helden, the vocal and soulful sound of The Shapeshifters plus esteemed scene mainstays Fat Tony, DJ Paulette and more.

    Trevor Nelson’s Soul Notation stage is headed up by the soul pioneer himself with Lemar, Romina Johnson, Shola Ama and Ju’s Neil then Boogie Bus is where DJ Spoony, Nam, Marcia Marr, Mr Thing, Abi Clarker and others bring a cross section of boogie, funk, soul and more.

    On Sunday, The Main Stage is where Shalamar, Tavares, Jocelyn Brown, Jazzie B, Omar, Gwen Dickey, Ellie Sax, Boogietown Classical and more bring the sounds. Disco Disco brings the party with a Groove Armada DJ set, Artwork, Crazy P, Kirollus, Eliza Mat and more, while the Craig Charles Funk & Soul stage is headed up by the tastemaking 6 Music host with The Nextmen, Sam Redmore & Magoo’s Tropical Soundclash, Last of all,  Boogie Bus welcomes the master of all things dub, funk and soul Norman Jay MBE with DJ Killa Kutz, Filth Dirty Disco, Sharples and more.
