EXIT Festival shares unique case study of NFT Experience

EXIT and NFT-TiX have announced the sale of their most expensive NFT festival ticket for this year’s edition, fetching a staggering €10,000. This wasn’t just a ticket, it was an unparalleled festival experience!

The owner was treated to VIP passes to the most exclusive spots at the Fortress, intimate meet-and-greets with artists, premium accommodations, and unique entry privileges. But this ticket, envisioned as the perfect blend of luxury and entertainment, had an even bigger impact as 50% of the earnings will be donated to charity. For the owner himself this pass also delivered way more than just four days filled with music, dance, and fun. Aside from new acquaintances and many unforgettable adventures within the Fortress walls, Bora Demirsü, the buyer of EXIT’s most coveted ticket, found something even more valuable at the festival — love.

Bora Demirsü took to Instagram to express his gratitude to EXIT and NFT-TiX for the unique experience: “Thank you for an incredible, perfect, and most delightful experience made possible through crypto,” he shared on his profile. Amidst the myriad of experiences, EXIT offers its attendees, Bora experienced a twist of fate that forever changed his festival journey. EXIT wasn’t just the place where he had the ultimate festival blast but also where he met his partner, who later accompanied him back to Turkey. The magical mts Dance Arena, EXIT’s temple of electronic music, was the birthplace of a budding romance on the festival’s first day. “I even found love at the festival! We met on the first day at the Dance Arena and enjoyed the festival together. She then joined me in Turkey, and we’re still together! This truly was a life-changing experience,” Bora remarked.

This is just one in a series of romances sparked at the Petrovaradin Fortress. EXIT’s home, an incredible medieval marvel that has welcomed millions from all over the globe, has witnessed countless love stories. Besides the music, dance, and fun, these romances add a touch of magic to the EXIT festival.

Bora Demirsü also penned a heartfelt letter to EXIT expressing his gratitude for everything the festival has given him. “The festival exceeded all my expectations. I got to meet many artists whose music I listen to daily. I even got to chat with them on stage and at the Leopold Hotel. I had a chance to chat with Nina Kraviz; she’s an absolute muse! I also spoke with Space Motion, Indira Paganotto, and Amelie Lens and danced with Burak Yeter. I even grabbed a coffee with Vylana Marcus before her set. Memories keep flooding back; the entire experience, including falling in love at EXIT, was surreal,” he wrote in his thank-you note to the organisers.

The €10,000 ticket, the most expensive ever purchased on the Avalanche platform, offered a host of perks as part of the NFT. The “EXIT Beyond Infinite Experience” ticket provided a personal festival host, meet-and-greets with artists, and access to VIP GOLD zones at the Gorki List Main Stage and mts Dance Arena. This unique pass also included onstage access to the mts Dance Arena, entry to the VISA Infinite Dance Arena Lounge, and VIP Diamond Dance Arena. Beyond these in-festival benefits, the ticket holder was treated to a stay at the five-star Leopold Hotel at the Petrovaradin Fortress, airport transportation, special entrance and wristband collection spot, as well as phone assistance from EXIT Festival’s VIP protocol service.

This sale marks a historic milestone for EXIT and NFT-TiX, whose partnership has dominated the local NFT ticket sales scene for events of this magnitude for months. After jointly clinching the “Best Innovation” award at the UK Festival Awards and being shortlisted for the DISRUPTOR award at the Ticketing Business Awards, this sale stands as yet another monumental achievement for both EXIT and NFT-TiX.
