ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) has announced the first acts for its 39th edition line-up.

The first acts announced for the lineup include the acts that traditionally have been selected in collaboration with European national radio broadcasters who are part of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

Each participating EBU member invites a popular radio station to select one act for ESNS 2025. This provides artists a career-defining opportunity to showcase themselves to enthusiastic music fans and industry professionals. It also demonstrates that the ESNS line-up represents new talent across the continent, celebrating the diverse European pop culture right from the start.

EBU radio broadcasters curate 33 acts to play at ESNS 2025. This year, ESNS and EBU welcome radio stations HRT HR1 (hr) and iCat (es) to the impressive roster of participating broadcasters.

Representing this year’s Focus Country, Italian radio broadcaster RAI radio 2 selects okgiorgio (it, RAI Radio 2) for ESNS. Showcasing talent from other countries includes:
Baby Lasagna (hr, HRT HR1), Boko Yout (se, SR P3), Cloudy June (de, ARD), Colt (be, RTBF Tipik), Dons (lv, Latvijas Radio 5), Ele A (ch/it, RSI Rete3), Erika Rein (sk, RTVS Radio_FM), Fig Tape (no, NRK P3), Glintsal (be, VRT Studio Brussel), Gorgeous (dk, DR P6), IYAMAH (uk-eng, BBC Introducing), Jordan Adetunji (ie/uk-nir, RTE 2FM), Julieta (es, iCat), Käärijä (fi, YLE X), kässy (at, ORF FM4), Luka Rajić (rs, RTS Radio Belgrade), MilleniumKid (de, ARD), MRCY (uk-eng, BBC Introducing), MRFY (si, RTV SLO Val202), Night Tapes (ee, ERR Raadio 2), NNAVY (ch, COULEUR 3), Personal Trainer (nl, NPO 3FM), Raquel Martins (pt, RTP ANTENA 3), Ryvage (lu, LUERSL 100.7), Soft Loft (ch, SRF3), Someone Who Isn’t Me (gr, ERT Kosmos), sunnbrella (cz, Radio_Wave), Superkoloritas (lt, LRT Opus), Supersport! Additionally, ESNS announces seven new acts for Eurosonic:
GIIFT (dk), Liana Flores (uk-eng), LUVCAT (uk-eng), María José Llergo (es), Teo Planell (es), The Pill (uk-eng), and Zimmer90 (de).

The entire ESNS line-up immediately joins the European Talent Exchange program, increasing their chances of getting booked at major European festivals after showcasing at ESNS.
