Following a record-breaking sellout show in 2024, organisers of Forbidden Forest Festival have announced the first phase of its lineup for 2025 taking place on 29 May-1 June at Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire.

Featuring over fifty of the hottest electronic DJs from across the globe, including 17 Forest firsts, the 2025 edition of the unique event looks to be gearing up for a weekend like no other.

Aussie powerhouse FISHER, renowned for his massive dance anthems including Take It Off and Atmosphere, makes his Midlands debut to perform in the region for one night only, joining CamelPhat, the scouse duo behind the Grammy-nominated track Cola and the iconic Skepta, who brings the beats of his successful house label Mas Tiempo to the Forest for the first time.

House royalty Gorgon City and Paradise’s very own Jamie Jones join the bill for 2025, bringing their signature sounds to the Forest alongside rising Manc producer Josh Baker and Eastenderz resident ALISHA.

Not forgetting its roots, the Festival has also revealed an unbeatable Drum & Bass offering bound to have even the trees jumping. Dubstep mainstays Skream & Benga perform for the first time, whilst Nottingham local Bru-C returns to the Forest with industry heavyweights Hedex, Hybrid Minds, Charlie Tee, Wilkinson, Sub Focus and K Motionz to name a few.

Adam Ten, Badger, DXNBY, Enzo Is Burning, Gaskin, HoneyLuv, Locklead, LP Rhythm, Ozzie Guven, Rossi., Special Request, Stella Bossi and Yung Singh are amongst the other notable artists playing Forbidden Forest Festival for the first time next summer.

In addition to the impressive lineup, organisers plan to incorporate even more of the picturesque Forest grounds to the 2025 show, promising incredible, immersive production and an elevated camping experience complete with entertainment including a Silent Disco for those wanting to carry on the party.

Campers can arrive from Thursday afternoon to get set up before the sun sets and the magic begins. Forbidden Retreat, the festival’s VIP camping offering managed by Pink Moon, returns for next year as well as its partnership with When Nature Calls, a luxury toilet and shower provider that offers the cleanest festival loos in the UK and pamper stations for those wanting to keep their glam in check. The festival’s sustainable travel partner, Big Green Coach, also returns for 2025, offering coach transport directly to the festival from key UK cities.

James Cohen, Owner of Forbidden Forest Festival, said: “We can’t wait to welcome our Forbidden Family back to the Forest this year. Their unwavering support has been nothing short of incredible and is a true testament to the community we have built over the last few years. Forbidden has grown from a 1,000 capacity party in the woods to the unique forest party that we know today and we can’t wait for people to experience what we have planned for 2025.”
