The team behind the UK’s oldest independent festival begin a new chapter with the launch of a brand-new boutique festival. From Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th August, ‘Found Festival’ promises an inclusive yet exclusive event of musical and cultural discovery, connection and inspiration at the scenic Claydon Estate in Buckingham.
For the creators of Found, hosting festivals has been part of a family legacy lasting generations, and they recently bid farewell to Towersey Festival after an incredible 60 years.

Our rich heritage inspires everything about Found Festival; we believe that life’s most meaningful moments happen when we step outside our daily routines and immerse ourselves in new experiences. Our festival is not just an event; it’s an opportunity to experience creativity and connection and take it back to your daily life.”
Setting itself apart from the many other festivals in the UK, Found Festival is a place to discover head-turners not headliners. The soon-to-be-released programme will blend the raw beauty of Americana, Folk, Country, Roots, Blues and World music, genres with storytelling that connects and strikes a chord for all. The music, mixed with spoken word, comedy, circus, and arts, will go beyond the stage, as artists contribute in talks and workshops, making audience interaction a crucial element of the festival.
Found Festival aims to ignite creativity, foster a sense of community, and allow spectators to become participants. An engaging programme of hands-on workshops, dance classes, interactive art projects, outdoor learning, wellbeing and much more besides will be announced in the New Year, as Found prepares to welcome festival goers, whether it’s their first festival or their fiftieth, to learn new skills, explore the unknown, and forge new connections over shared values and experiences.
The site at Found Festival will be purposely intimate, welcoming just 2,000 people to its relaxed countryside setting. Small and safe where kids can run free, Found Festival boasts room to breathe and as much space as needed to set up a proper family camp. With a staggered approach to programming, so nothing goes unmissed, organisers promise its community will leave feeling refreshed and reconnected with new music, themselves, and the world around them.
Alongside the best, hand-picked street food and craft drinks, and a real focus on learning and experiences beyond the stages, Found aims to enrich the festival market with an alternative approach that leaves visitors feeling relaxed, inspired, and found.
Tickets are now available for Found Festival. Camping is included in the ticket price from £115 (young person) and £215 (adult), with plenty of camping add-ons available.
