Forbidden Forest, the Midland’s biggest electronic music festival, has announced a brand-new operations team for the highly anticipated 2025 show. With a focus on innovation, efficiency and an unforgettable customer experience, the new team, which includes ex-Live Nation COO John Probyn, is set to deliver an enhanced festival environment that promises to exceed expectations.

The 2025 edition of Forbidden Forest will feature cutting-edge new stage designs, even more world-class DJs and improvements in accessibility to name a few. The new operations team brings together a wealth of experience in live events and festival management, ensuring every aspect of the festival runs seamlessly following attendee feedback after the 2024 show.

“We are thrilled to be appointed as the new operations team for Forbidden Forest,” said John Probyn, Group Director of Event Operations at Far And Beyond. “Our team is excited to bring our expertise to Forbidden Forest, and we are dedicated to elevating the festival to new heights and creating a truly unique and immersive experience for attendees. We’ve made a lot of exciting changes for this year and we’re confident that the 2025 show will be one for the history books.”

James Cohen, Owner of Forbidden Forest Festival said: “Our team has worked tirelessly to incorporate feedback from last year’s show and we’re excited to reveal these major upgrades alongside a powerhouse lineup. The vision for 2025 is to create an even more immersive and comfortable festival experience, while maintaining the magic that Forbidden Forest is known for.”

Festival goers can expect a smoother and more streamlined festival experience thanks to £1 million investment, enhanced by improved site layouts including £150K groundwork and wet weather improvements, improved security operations, upgraded sound systems, a dedicated access team, plus upgraded amenities including designated free WiFi hotspots across the campsite and more.

Forbidden Forest has grown into one of the most anticipated events in the festival calendar and with this new operations team in place, the 2025 show promises to be the most ambitious and exciting edition yet.
