Ginger Owl Productions, which offers pro services for live events in accreditation, artist liaison, event management and more, is toasting 12 months of GOAllAreas, a software service for live events.
Since debuting in August 2024, GOAllAreas has supported over 30 events across the UK and Europe, including the BRIT Awards 2025 and British Summertime Festival.
The GOAllAreas system helps streamline operations for festivals, sporting events, awards ceremonies, fashion shows and TV events. The service combines accreditation, catering, induction tracking and sustainability data collection into one platform.
The system also allows for long-range scanning capability, which enables secure, contactless access for VIPs and artists and allows individuals to pass through entry points without needing to tap or show credentials.
Dina van der Elst, BPI Consultant for the BRIT Awards, said: “We used GOAllAreas for the first time in 2025 to run a fully functional accreditation solution and it was a great success.
The fact that it has been built with music events in mind is a win and the modular nature of the system a bonus!”
Nancy Skipper, co-founder of Ginger Owl Productions, says: “Our advancement in long-range scanning technology now allows us to offer a comprehensive range of access control solutions tailored to various requirements.”
Our six-figure investment in the platform, developed by our team with a highly-skilled international development company, is the demonstration of our commitment to delivering the highest standards in accreditation and event management.”
Julie Chennells, co-founder of Ginger Owl Productions, adds: “We delivered 96 events in 2024 across the UK, Europe and Saudi Arabia. Accreditation made up over a third of our onsite services – and the demand is growing.
GOAllAreas has allowed us to meet that demand with a flexible, powerful system that can adapt to all event formats.”
