Set along the city’s Rowing Canal, the event, according to the festival, aims to: “Transform this historic city into the Balkans’ newest large-scale music hub. Blending Roman ruins, Ottoman heritage, and a thriving contemporary arts scene, the festival places world-class music within a landscape shaped by centuries of creativity.”
