Diaspora Calling!, a festival dedicated to music and culture from across the African diaspora, will make its UK debut on Friday 7 August 2026 at Milton Keynes National Bowl.
The festival’s first edition will be headlined by hip-hop and soul icon Ms. Lauryn Hill in what the festival says is currently her only confirmed UK performance for 2026. She will be joined by Wyclef Jean, YG Marley and Zion Marley. More artists across two stages are set to be announced shortly.
Diaspora Calling! was originally launched in 2016 by Ms. Lauryn Hill with the aim to celebrate the culture and shared histories of the African diaspora across the globe. Since then, the festival has welcomed the likes of Nas, Kehlani, Noname, Little Simz and more.
For the festival’s UK edition, the festival says it will bring its “vision to one of the country’s largest outdoor venues.”
Tickets are available from 31 March at 9am here.
