Ronin POS, a point of sale solution for festivals, venues, and sporting events, has appointed Jeff Kreinik as Chief Revenue Officer, the first executive in the company’s history to hold the CRO title.
Kreinik steps into the role after serving as an advisor to Ronin for the past three years, making the appointment a natural next step as the company sharpens its commercial strategy and enters its next phase of growth. As CRO, he will lead revenue strategy, expand the company’s sales and marketing organisation, and help advance Ronin’s go-to-market execution across live events, venue operations, and sports.
Kreinik brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning live entertainment, venue technology, ticketing, RFID, payments, and experiential marketing. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with Front Gate Tickets, Ticketfly, HUKA Entertainment, and Patron Technology (now Leap Event Technology). His background includes building revenue organisations, scaling go-to-market functions, growing strategic partnerships, and serving the operational and commercial needs of event producers, venues, brands, and rights holders.
Most recently, Kreinik spent 3.5 years at Groove Jones, where he focused on innovation and experience strategy for the company’s award-winning immersive studio. In that role, he helped brands and partners develop digital and experiential programs leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, AR, VR, spatial computing, and computer vision.
“Ronin is entering an exciting stage of growth, and I’m thrilled to officially join the company as its first Chief Revenue Officer,” said Jeff Kreinik. “Having advised the business over the past three years, I’ve had a close view of the strength of the team, the product, and the market opportunity. I’m excited to help expand Ronin’s reach, build out the sales and marketing organisation, and deepen our impact across live events and venue technology.”
