UK: Ticketing outlet DICE has confirmed exclusive partnerships with some of the UK’s most renowned independent venues, including The Dome and Boston Music Room in Tufnell Park.

DICE invests in new talent, and these are the stages where young artists, DJs, and promoters cut their teeth. In an era where venues are constantly under threat of closing, DICE’s support is a long term one, with the ambition to protect and preserve these critical venues and secure the lifeblood of the live music scene.

DICE CEO, Phil Hutcheon, said: “DICE is the fastest growing platform in the UK for fans to discover artists and buy tickets to the best concerts. We’re working closely with our favourite venues to make sure they get the exposure, support, and investment needed to pack them out every night.

“This is just the start. We’re ready to talk to any venue who wants to truly innovate. Any venue who wants audience insights, smart marketing, and a team devoted to getting the best fans through the door.”

DICE offers venues and promoters access to a huge active audience and this continues the rise of the platform that recently won Best Ticketing Company at the Music Week Awards.

The partnerships mark further the company’s rapid expansion. DICE launched in London in September 2014 and has since expanded around the rest of the UK and recently announced a new fundraising round with some key players in both the music and tech industry.

“We’re here for the long run. We’re constantly thinking five years ahead, developing new features, new ideas, and new technology to help break artists and help fans discover great music and great nights out,” said Hutcheon.

Alongside supporting new artists and venues, DICE is committed to stamping out touts with mobile tickets that can’t be resold on secondary markets.
