The festival season is now upon us, and today the UK Festival Awards, powered by Festival Insights, has announce that this year’s event will be taking place on 1 December at Manchester’s DIECAST.
Festivals can start applying and enter from today.
This year, the UK Festival Awards has taken a new step and opened its own portal where festivals can apply, save their applications along the way and do much more. Festivals are encouraged to create their account and get started at their own pace. More information on how to do that can be found here.
This year’s UK Festival Awards will feature 25 categories spanning the entire industry, from food and drink and independent festivals to those celebrating arts and culture, advocating for sustainable practices and much more. A full list of categories has also been announced, along with the first names joining the UK Festival Awards judging panel.
This year the UK Festival Awards will also be hosting the Festival Focus, a day conference featuring engaging panels from industry leaders, insights from the festival industry and more. More information will be released on the conference soon.
