    Avery Adds Oomph to Accreditation Toolkit

    ID&C and Identilam’s parent company Avery UK have welcomed Oomph Made, based in Liphook, to the CCL family, providing greater expansion into the ever-growing RFID/NFC access cards and wristbands market.

    Nico Jean-Jean, Avery Western Europe Managing Director commented,

    “We are pleased to share the exciting news of our acquisition of Oomph Made Ltd. The expertise of Matthew Payne and his team in sustainability and RFID will be a valuable addition to the Avery Badge & Credentials offerings in Europe.”

    Accelerating our growth across Europe through unique identity and access management products with sustainability at their core; is a winning combination. With game changing technologies for effective identification, security, and payments, we are excited to collaborate with a new sister. Oomph revenues for 2022 were $6.7 million (CAD) with an estimated 18% adjusted EBITDA margin. The debt free, all cash consideration is approximately $7.1 million. (CAD)
