Metal, hardcore and grindcore festival Bloodstock has announced the finals for Metal 2 the Masses, a series of events for emerging acts that take place across 30 European locations.

Kicking off in Cyprus on 19 April, the battle of the bands-style events will travel to Belfast, Sandnes (Norway), Wrexham, Sheffield, London and more.

The winner of each night will perform a 30 minute slot on the Stowford Press New Blood Stage at the festival, which is set to take place 6-9 August at Catton Park, Derbyshire.

The festival has also revealed the full line-up for its EMP stage, which will play host to “more than a dozen up ‘n’ coming attention getters,” the festival says. This includes rockers Untamed Silence, punkcore band Change Persona, doom act Goat Major and more. The newly announced acts join headliners Saxon, Lamb of God, Judas Priest and Slaughter To Prevail.

Tickets for Bloodstock are available now.
