FINLAND: Flow Festival has begun to collaborate with the leading online electronic music magazine Resident Advisor. Flow’s garden space, Resident Advisor Backyard – surrounded by Suvilahti’s historic power plant structures – will be graced with top-tier electronic music during the festival weekend. The programme will feature Berlin master DJ Dixon, modern minimalist spinner Seth Troxler from Michigan, and Nina Kraviz with her raw vintage acid and dirty Dance Mania beats. UK: After two sizeable line-up announcements, The Social Festival have revealed its third and biggest set of acts yet. Amongst the new additions are techno pioneer Richie Hawtin, modern dance hero George Fitzgerald, Dubfire, Cassy, Koze, DJ Tennis and Dolan Bergin. USA: Founders Entertainment has revealed Governors Ball After Dark, the official late night programming for the fifth annual Governors Ball Music Festival. This year, the New York City event will take place from June 5 – 7 on Randall’s Island Park. UK: Eden Festival has revealed that the theme for this year’s Children’s Arena will be ‘Under the Sea’, promising to take its young revellers swimming and surfing with sea creatures, sailing with pirates and flying with gulls, perhaps not literally. Eden will have workshops for children to make pirate flags, fish masks, scuba packs and much more.
