NETHERLANDS: Incubate – the festival for cutting-edge culture in Tilburg, The Netherlands – has revealed the first details of its film programme in association with Cinecitta Tilburg, on a line-up that already comprises over a hundred names from various mediums. CANADA: Festival d’été de Québec has teamed up with Sirius XM to stage Pop-Up FEQ events in the run-up to the festival. These free shows, lasting about twenty minutes each, will spontaneously and unexpectedly pop up to draw curious crowds.
